Payment
Cash payment on board before the tour starts or prepayment via Pay Pal. A deposit will be required in order to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For individual customers:
For joined tours:
- Eight (8) days or more prior to your reservation your payment will be fully refunded.
- One week or less prior to your reservation you will be charged with a 25% of the total amount.
- 48 hours or less prior to your reservation there will be no refunds issued.
- Full refund will be made in case of force majeure, war, riots, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, terrorism attacks etc that prevent travelling either at the place of origin or the destination.
Olympic Traveller reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours due to limited participation or other reasons beyond our control two (2) weeks before the date of the tour. In such case all payments will be refunded and no compensation will be paid or requested from Olympic Traveller.
For private day tours:

For private multiday tours:
- Forty five (45) days or more prior to your reservation your payment will be fully refunded.
- One month or more prior to your reservation you will be charged with a 20% of the total amount.
- Within two (2) weeks prior to your reservation you will be charged with a 50% of the total amount.
- Less than one week prior to your reservation there will be no refunds issued.
- Full refund will be made in case of force majeure, war, riots, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, terrorism attacks etc that prevent travelling either at the place of origin or the destination.
For B2B customers agreement correspondence is valid.
A 5% service fee will be applicable if the booked services are refunded or cancelled.
Restrictions due to Covid-19
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is possible that the Greek government will make decisions to change the current regulations regarding tourism components such as transportation, accommodation, guiding services for archaeological sites and museums as well as attractions of any kind. These decisions would bring changes that might affect arrangements already made for your tour. For instance visiting hours and capacity in archaeological sites and museums, transportation services, terms of usage, capacity of the vehicles, schedules of public transportation services, air transfer, trains, ferries, motor vehicles, food and beverages and generally any other tourism related services. Our company can not be held responsible for any impacts caused to your arrangements and no compensation of any kind should be required at any time for damages or dissatisfaction caused due to government measures and restrictions. We will be motoring all changes legislated by the government and we will inform you about any of them that may affect your travel planning. We would be standing by to assist you in any possible way to adupt to the new conditions. For changes by the Greek government that occur before the arrival of the visitor an option of cancellation of the booking will be offered with a full refund of your payment. Any changes as a result of new measures and change of regulations cannot be considered an itinerary change from our side and it would not be our responsibility. We will do our best to assist you and adjust to any upcoming changes by providing possible alternatives in order to overcome any obstacles that will affect your experience.
Consultation
We can plan customized private tours for our customers whether they are couples, families or larger groups that travel individually. We customize, to the extent possible, existing tour proposals without any additional charges or fees of any kind.
For customized private travel planning we reserve the right to request an advanced payment of 200.00 € that will be used to cover administration expenses in the case that the customer will not proceed with the booking of the tour. In any other case the amount of 200.00 € will be deducted from the total price of the tour.
Disputes
The law of The Hellenic Republic of Greece will prevail.
Force Majeure
Due to reasons beyond our control we reserve the right to change the terms of the reservation, the transportation vehicle and/or the itinerary. In such a case you will be informed as to the reasons and alternatives will be offered. At no time will compensation be paid or requested from Olympic Traveller. All of our services are provided by reputable independent professionals and we only act as an agent of the suppliers of these services. We accept no liability of any kind from any loss, damage, injury, costs of delays resulting from your use of tour services. Personal items should remain at all times during the tour under your personal control.
Privacy Policy
Information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or any other information will not be shared, sold or distributed in any way.
