From Katakolon port to Olympia you will be escorted by a professional tour guide that will provide general information about Katakolon, Olympia, Pyrgos and the prefecture of Ilia. Also, all necessary information, to prepare you for your guided tour in Olympia, will be passed on. When reaching Olympia your tour guide will assist to buy your tickets so you will not loose valuable time by waiting in line. After that you will join a small group, no more than 25 people, in a semi-private guided experience of the ancient Olympic Games site and the famous Archaeological museum of Olympia.
The tour includes a short stop at the modern village of Olympia where you will be given time to stroll around the streets or to relax at one of the local coffee shops.
Your tour guide will make sure that everyone is back on the bus to return to Katakolon in time before your ship leaves. On your way your guide will be happy to answer any questions you may have from your experience in Olympia.
